This hotel was just great! The location was perfect, near every historical site we wanted to visit; near the train and metro station; and most importantly, surrounded by tons of restaurants that offer tasty food! Rooms were cleaned daily, you could ask for new towels or toiletries if needed! The staff was so nice and helpful! They gave us some recommendations and tips, which really helped us! We will stay in this hotel again for sure!

The breakfast is a buffet and should be able to satisfy most people's wishes. The placement of the hotel is amazing, it is right in the middle of centrum. The hotel staff treat you with respect and there is absolutely nothing negative to say about them. They don't bother you with anything and they seem very warming and nice. The wifi works very well, didnt work on one of the days we stayed but that was fine.

There was breakfast included ("all you can eat"), which was awesome! The rooms have everything you need. The people who work there are nice and helpful. They will answer every single question and they will give you anything you need. The food was great (Turkish cuisine)! The area around the hotel is not very nice, but hey... at least the property offered good stuff.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pearl Hotel. This is a small but cozy hotel. The room was clean, the amenities were as stated. Special thanks for the breakfasts, there was a small buffet for breakfast, where you can always choose something according to your taste. The staff is friendly. The location is ideal for tourists, close to major attractions, the bazaar, close to stop from which it is easy to get to the Karaköy area. There are a few things that could be improved, but overall it's very good.

It was very near the main rode, few minutes far. The price was very affordable. The rooms are not that big but i mean for that price you can’t be mad. We had a fridge, fresh towels, the room was cleaned regularly. The staff was very kind and nice. I really don’t know why they had so bad reviews. We are very satisfied.

In a comparison with the previous Hotels I was using this one is nice combination of price and quality.Its near Laleli tram station and Istanbul Universiteti subway station,near entrance of Kapali Carsi.The stuff was nice not fluent in English but OK,there's a room to leave the luggage the day when you depart if your bus or plane is later that day.

We had a fantastic stay, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were always attentive, professional and kind. I highly recommend it. Excellent location. If we were to return to Istanbul we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you
